1 Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, students must meet specific criteria that demonstrate genuine engagement with our educational materials. We've designed these requirements to be fair while protecting the integrity of our trading education programs.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and before completing more than 25% of the course material.

Students are eligible for refunds when they can demonstrate that technical issues prevented access to course materials, or when there's a significant discrepancy between advertised content and actual delivery. We also consider refunds for students who experience unexpected financial hardship within the first two weeks of enrollment.

Please note that refunds are not available for courses that have been substantially completed, downloaded in full, or when students have participated in live trading sessions or one-on-one mentoring calls.

2 Step-by-Step Refund Process

Getting your refund is straightforward when you follow these steps. We've streamlined the process to minimize paperwork while ensuring we can address your concerns properly.

    Submit Your Request: Email support@beiilcro.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, order number, enrollment date, and detailed reason for the refund request.

    Initial Review: Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll confirm receipt and may ask for additional information to process your request efficiently.

    Eligibility Assessment: We evaluate your request against our refund criteria, checking course progress, access logs, and participation in live sessions or downloads.

    Final Decision: You'll receive a detailed response within 5-7 business days. If approved, we'll initiate the refund process immediately and provide tracking information.

Refund Processing Timeline

2-3 Days

Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 2-3 business days after approval

3-5 Days

Bank transfers and debit card refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

5-10 Days

PayPal and digital wallet refunds can take 5-10 business days to process completely

7-14 Days

International payment methods or wire transfers may require 7-14 business days for full processing

3 Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Life happens, and sometimes circumstances change unexpectedly. We understand that trading education is an investment, and we want to work with students facing genuine hardships.

Medical emergencies, job loss, or family crises may qualify for extended refund consideration beyond our standard 14-day window. These cases are reviewed individually, and we may request supporting documentation.

Active military deployment or emergency relocation may qualify for partial refunds even after the standard eligibility period.

Students experiencing technical difficulties that prevent course access receive priority support. If we cannot resolve technical issues within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the enrollment date.
