To qualify for a refund, students must meet specific criteria that demonstrate genuine engagement with our educational materials. We've designed these requirements to be fair while protecting the integrity of our trading education programs.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and before completing more than 25% of the course material.
Students are eligible for refunds when they can demonstrate that technical issues prevented access to course materials, or when there's a significant discrepancy between advertised content and actual delivery. We also consider refunds for students who experience unexpected financial hardship within the first two weeks of enrollment.
Please note that refunds are not available for courses that have been substantially completed, downloaded in full, or when students have participated in live trading sessions or one-on-one mentoring calls.
